Extrusion line with stuffing unit – ideal for recycling applications

This robust and versatile extrusion line is optimally suited for recycling polyolefins such as LDPE, HDPE, and PP. Thanks to the integrated stuffing unit, materials with low bulk density – such as regrind, EPS, film scraps, or other lightweight plastic waste – can be processed without any issues.

The stuffing unit reliably compacts the loose material and feeds it directly to the extruder. This ensures consistent material intake and stable extrusion, even with challenging input materials.
