We are a Polish manufacturer of machinery and equipment for cutting and processing polyurethane foam, with over 25 years of experience. For sale, we have a brand new vertical automatic cutting machine.

The machine features a stable and robust steel construction; the moving components are the cutting head and the sides, while the machine tables are stationary.
The drive for the cutting head and sides is provided by two reinforced toothed belts, ensuring precise, backlash-free cutting in both directions.

- Automatic, self-adjusting saw wrap,
- Air cushion system mounted on both tables to facilitate maneuvering of the foam blocks,
- Automatic blade guide (working range from 250 mm to 1300 mm),
- Automatic measurement of cutting length,
- Blade sharpening device,
- Stainless steel table plates,
- Bushings in the table legs for easy installation of the splitting saw,
- Cut correction function in double-sided cutting mode,
- Cutting head based on linear bearings,

The machine is secured by a protective fence; at the loading and unloading areas, safety curtains with ten segments are installed.
