The hydraulic positioners are available in standard sizes for load capacities from 1,000 kg to 3,000 kg.
The frame is optimally designed for rotation and tilting operations.
The positioners consist of a motor, gearbox, table tilting system, steel gears, and control system and are structurally well protected.
For heavy workpieces, the positioners are floor-mounted.
Tilting and rotation are accomplished via steel gears.
For safety, the positioner is equipped with a reduction gearbox that holds the table in the desired position.
The rotation speed can be adjusted via a potentiometer.
