The hydraulic positioners are available in standard sizes for load capacities from 1,000 kg up to 3,000 kg.
The frame is optimally designed for turning and tilting operations.
The positioners consist of a motor, gearbox, table tilting system, steel gears, and control unit, and are structurally well protected.
For heavy workpieces, the positioners are anchored to the floor.
Tilting and turning are performed via steel gears.
For safety, the positioner is equipped with a reduction gearbox that holds the table in the desired position.
The rotational speed can be adjusted via a potentiometer.
