Here we have a special separator designed for processing organic waste, biomass, compost, and similar materials. The separator is equipped with specially engineered shafts that make it possible to process soft materials such as beets, potatoes, bread, etc., effectively shredding them. Organic waste is shredded and torn apart, allowing more bacteria to penetrate the material. This makes the separator ideal for turning and aerating compost. We have taken back the separator from a customer who no longer needed it.

The housing was originally designed for a four-shaft separator, but we have modified it so that only three shafts are installed, creating more space between them. The counter-rotating shafts ensure improved material feed and processing.

A Volvo wheel loader mounting is installed. For operation with compost, the loader should weigh approximately 8 tons.
