This machine is designed for the production of 3D letters. Suitable for letters with small corners and radii, or with complex shapes. The width of the bending strips ranges from 20 to 125 mm and the thickness from 0.5 to 1.1 mm.
The minimum bending radius is R 7 mm.
The minimum distance between the inner and outer bend is 4.5 mm.
The minimum distance from the starting point to the first bend is 3 mm.
The bent letters have a highly precise shape and can be welded very easily.
