Grinding Process Sequence
Step 1: After starting, the vacuum gripper removes the top saw blade from magazine 1. Transfer to the Woodtronic NC4, cover is opened.
Step 2: Loader returns. The Woodtronic NC4 is closed and the grinding program starts. The loader takes the intermediate ring from magazine 1 and transfers it to magazine 2. Wait position.
Step 3: After grinding and opening of the Woodtronic, the loader removes the ground saw blade and transfers it to magazine 2.

Process repetition
Steps 1 to 3 are repeated until the grinding process is complete.
Pre-programming possible: Grinding operation continues without interruption even during programming of the next magazine. The Woodtronic NC4 can be pre-programmed during the day and grinds automatically at night.

Tooth profile: manual input required
