Stanje: novo, Leto izdelave: 2026, The CORMAK WS32 bench drill is a robust and precise column drilling machine for metal, engineered for intensive use in industrial and workshop environments. With high rigidity, an impressive spindle stroke, and tapping capability up to M24, this machine is a versatile tool for a wide range of machining tasks. Key features of the machine: • Tapping function – automatic left-hand rotation enables safe and accurate threading operations. • Spindle stroke 150 mm – allows for deep-hole drilling without repositioning the workpiece. • High rigidity – 100 mm diameter column and stable cast iron base provide excellent rigidity and vibration damping. • Belt drive – five speeds (280–1875 rpm) for precise adjustment to the material being processed. • Morse taper MK3 – enables the use of a wide range of drilling tools and taps. • 360° rotatable worktable – with T-slots, manually adjustable in height. • Work safety – spindle guard with safety switch and CE certifications. Construction and technology The CORMAK WS32 bench drill for metal is manufactured from premium grade, stress-relieved cast iron, ensuring long-term durability and machining precision. Hardened spindle and gearbox shafts guarantee wear resistance. The clear control panel and ergonomic arrangement of controls contribute to operator comfort. Precision and performance Thanks to its massive construction and large spindle stroke, the WS32 model ensures stable operation even in demanding applications. Tapping up to M24 makes it an ideal solution for processing heavy steel components. Smooth spindle operation and flexible speed range increase drilling and threading productivity.
