Body:
- Execution of all chassis modifications required for crane installation, including disassembly and reassembly of add-on parts, exhaust system, tanks, etc. Adaptation of the vehicle frame.
- All chassis and body-related works are carried out in strict adherence to the respective manufacturer’s body mounting guidelines and executed to the highest quality standards.
- Complete assembly of the specially designed and in-house manufactured special subframe made of fine-grain steel for crane and body. The welded and bolted subframe to the chassis ensures extreme torsional rigidity and optimal stability of the crane vehicle. A unique feature is the design of the subframe, executed in top quality and painted in chassis color.
- Mounting/bolting of crane and main outrigger beam to the subframe. Installation of all hydraulic and electrical connections. Mounting position: Front
- Flatbed body made as a removable steel/welded construction
- Length approx. 380 cm, width approx. 248 cm.
- Flatbed superstructure painted. Color shade RAL (chassis color)
- Removable aluminum side panels by Suer, height 600 mm, anodized version with steps, removable Kinngrip stanchions.
- Standard floor with welded 4 mm steel chequered plate, painted in RAL (chassis color)
- 6 recessed lashing rings 2500 daN each side, in slotted rail with flexible positioning.
- 4 x chain lashing points 6500 daN (2 at the front and 2 at the rear of superstructure)

- Sturdy front wall consisting of welded frame, welded 4 mm steel plate, and 5 accessory hooks. Front wall height approx. 1300 mm, steel version painted, with 2 foldable lashing eyes welded on for tensioning straps.
- Cover panels, mudguards made of aluminum chequer plate (sandblasted, powder-coated and painted)—please specify RAL color.
- 2 toolboxes BROSSBOX, aluminum chequer plate (sandblasted, powder-coated and painted)—please specify RAL color, size and arrangement depend on wheelbase and available space.
- 1 BROSSBOX toolbox between the crane and the front wall.
- Multifix stanchion pockets, 2 rows (as agreed) with a distance of approx. 80 cm from the front wall and rear.
- Mounts for support plates, crane plates made of galvanized steel.
- Additional support under the chassis.
- Installation of underride guard at the rear and the additional support, including installation of hydraulic and electrical connections.
- Duomatic and red/yellow connectors at the front for semi-trailer as well as at the rear for trailer.

New crane, type FASSI F545 RA 2.27, continuous rotation, fully mounted, installed and parameterized, with 7 hydraulic extensions and JIB L214 with 4 hydraulic extensions.
