Specifications VIHT2350/20/40/100 (demo)

• Engine: 30 kW at 1500 rpm / 36 kW at 1750 rpm
• 2 x Mazzoni pumps, each delivering 21 liters per minute at 1450 rpm, set to 350 bar. Thanks to the low rpm, the engine runs quietly and smoothly.
• Pressure regulation via rpm adjustment and manual setting with 2x Zero 350 valves; hoses are virtually pressureless (10 bar) when the trigger is closed. This allows safe operation, as hoses and pumps are almost pressureless, and only build up pressure when the trigger is opened.
• 2 x burners for producing hot water up to 120°C. On request, V+ Steam is available, providing 140°C at the nozzle.
• The machine allows two operators to work independently and simultaneously, with different temperatures and pressures.
• The drive system has been specially developed for long service life and easy maintenance.
• Equipped with 2 diesel tanks—1x 90 liters for the engine and 1x 90 liters for the burners.
• The unit is designed for continuous 24/7 operation.
• Includes 2 water tanks, 325 liters each—total 650 liters on board.
• The Vibemo Easy Start panel offers protection against overheating and low oil level (engine shuts off), and provides alerts for malfunctions. It also features safeguards for low water level and open valve during operation. Additionally, it displays operating hours, rpm, and alternator charging current.
• The temperature control is user-friendly and shows both the set and actual temperature.

• As a standard extra, a 3-way valve is installed, enabling operation at 350 bar and 40 liters per minute (also with hot water up to 100°C). Suitable for applications like sewer or stable cleaning.
• Also equipped with emergency stop, interior lighting in both the engine and reel compartments.
• Reels and burners are made of high-grade stainless steel (RVS). All hoses are 50 meters long as standard.
• Features a water pre-filter and intermediate filter for each pump.
• Equipment includes: 2 handles with 2 flat jet lances (25 degrees, 20 liters), 2 turbo lances (20 liters), 1 flat jet lance (25 degrees, 40 liters), 1 turbo lance (40 liters), and 2 pressure gauges for reading the set pressure.
• 3 gauges for monitoring diesel and water tank levels—for clear and organized oversight.
• Everything is mounted on a tandem axle trailer (2,500 kg, dimensions LxWxH 300x150x150 cm).
• Supplied with a 1-year warranty and a full-service package.
