Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW:

The primary application is for the production of keyways from 3-28 mm (and beyond) and similarly dimensioned profiles. The compact and space-saving machine is therefore suitable for use in small, medium, and large companies alike. The low purchase price also makes it cost-effective for small series or individual production.

The drive uses a pole-changing gear brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation with a central pulling point and constant cutting force. The open tool table allows for easy positioning of even large workpieces. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not require clamping. The stroke adjustment is set via adjustable limit switches with stroke limiting. With short hubs/workpieces, several parts can be stacked and broached in one cycle.
