Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

60 kN Variant:
The primary field of application is in the production of keyways from 3-28 mm (and beyond), as well as profiles of similar dimensions. Thanks to its compact design and small footprint, the machine is suitable for use in small, medium, and large operations. Its low price also justifies purchase for small series production and one-off jobs.

The drive is via a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free twin spindle drive ensures smooth operation, central pulling point, and consistent cutting performance. The open worktable allows even large workpieces to be positioned without restriction. In most cases, the workpieces do not need to be firmly clamped. Stroke adjustment is performed by adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several items can be stacked vertically.

Broach needles, mandrels, and spare parts available upon request.
