By default, the exhaust filter frame is manufactured from steel – AISI 304 (special versions in steel, e.g. AISI 316, are possible).

Operating principle
The scrubber is equipped with two filter columns – a pre-treatment column and a main treatment column.
The first column has a single filtration stage; the second column features an additional four stages of exhaust gas filtration.
Each filtration stage is equipped with spray nozzles that enable self-cleaning of the filter cartridges.
Condensed oils and contaminants from the exhaust gases enter the water tank located at the bottom of the machine. The contaminants are then filtered from the bath using a lamella oil separator.

Installation
The purchaser must ensure access to the machine for utilities such as cold/hot water and compressed air, and must ensure the possibility of replacing the water bath after the cleaning process.
The columns are supplied disassembled to facilitate transport and installation.
