Design
The standard frame of the container washing system is made of stainless steel – AISI 304 (alternatively, the frame can be manufactured from AISI 316 steel as an option).

The IBC washing system is equipped with a single workstation. It allows for semi-automatic internal cleaning of the IBC container (using a lowering spray head) and for manual external cleaning (using a washing gun).

The system features dosing for a single type of chemical agent and includes a tank equipped with a system for heating and maintaining the water temperature.

The workstation is equipped with a rotating table, which enables thorough exterior cleaning of the container, and an automatic scale to facilitate rinsing operations.

Installation
The washer is equipped with adjustable feet, allowing the height of the machine to be set as needed. The customer must provide an installation site with access to utilities such as cold/hot water, compressed air, and a drain connection.

Base with rotating and tilting function
The washing station features a movable container base, allowing the container to be cleaned from all exterior sides. During exterior rinsing, the base is rotated by the force of the water jet targeted at the container. Rotation can be locked in place using a special brake.
