Construction
The standard frame of the container washing system is made of stainless steel – AISI 304 (it is possible to manufacture the frame from AISI 316 steel, for example – optional).

Equipment
The IBC washing system is equipped with a single workstation. It is possible to semi-automatically wash the interior of the IBC container (using a retractable head) and to manually wash the exterior of the container (using a spray gun).

The machine features a dosing system for a single type of chemical into the cleaning process and a tank equipped with a system for heating and maintaining water temperature.
The workstation includes a turntable, allowing for more thorough cleaning of the container exterior, and an automatic scale to simplify rinsing operations.

Installation
The washing container is fitted with adjustable feet to set the desired machine height. The customer should provide a location with connections for the necessary utilities, such as cold/hot water, compressed air, and drainage.

The wash station has a movable container floor, enabling the exterior of the container to be cleaned thoroughly from all sides. During exterior rinsing, the floor rotates under the force of the water jet directed at the container. Rotation can be stopped using a special brake mechanism.
