Large-scale climate test chamber with S!MCON control system

Construction
The system consists of the following main components:
- Walk-in, insulated test chamber
- Air treatment section
- Machine unit
- Climate control system
- Control cabinet

Test Chamber
The fittings inside the test chamber are made of corrosion-resistant material.
The test chamber is illuminated, walk-in, and equipped with a condensate water drain and cleaning outlet.

Air Treatment Section
The air treatment section is located behind the air guide panel within the insulated interior.

It contains the following assemblies required for temperature conditioning and is accessible via easily removable panels:
- Test chamber fans
- Heat exchangers
- Electric heating elements
- Air supply and exhaust unit
- Temperature sensors

Within the air treatment section, air is conditioned (cooled/heated), humidified and dehumidified, and circulated by fans.

Air is drawn in below the ceiling and discharged again at floor level.

Sensors
The temperature and humidity sensors are located behind the air guide panel in the air treatment section.

Machine Unit
The machine unit, consisting of refrigeration units, supplies the air treatment section with the required energy.

Climate Control System
The climate control system consists of:
- Steam humidifier
- Dehumidification evaporator
