The crack testing device consists of a portable housing with control and display elements, as well as connection cables for magnetization and a mains plug.

Application area
The crack testing device is designed for surface crack testing of weld seams, large forged and cast parts, mechanical components, but can also be used as a power unit for stationary crack testing benches.

Only ferromagnetic workpieces can be tested!
During magnetization, the workpiece must be rinsed with a test liquid (testing medium). Afterwards, defects can be detected under UV light (UV lamp).
