Stanje: novo, Leto izdelave: 2026, Three-phase powered positioner Table and arm rotation via hydraulic slewing drives Arm height adjustment with hydraulic actuator Function control located on the positioner housing Ideal for positioning components during: welding cleaning assembly Increases work efficiency by up to 40% Csdohtq Nzepfx Ag Eehd Unlimited rotation in 2 axes plus vertical and horizontal movement allows any orientation of the clamped workpiece (including upside-down positioning). The 3-axis positioner significantly improves work ergonomics compared to traditional rotary-tilting positioners (optimal workpiece positioning, user-friendly operation). Advantages and Benefits: For the employer: - Increases productivity by up to 40% thanks to optimal positioning – resulting in a short device payback period - Increased production output without requiring additional shop floor space - Superior weld joint quality – always allows for flat (downhand) welding - Robust construction ensures long-lasting, trouble-free operation For the operator: - Ergonomic working posture ensured - Minimized accident risks – no need to re-clamp the workpiece - No downtime from waiting for an overhead crane - Easy installation and operation Full automation of the welding process is possible by integrating Kawasaki welding robots. We also offer positioners complete with a robot and integrated control system. ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: - WIRED REMOTE CONTROL FOR POSITIONER OPERATION - WIRED FOOT PEDAL FOR TABLE ROTATION CONTROL - STEPLESS SPEED CONTROL FOR TABLE AND ARM ROTATION - CONTINUOUS TABLE ROTATION FUNCTION - CUSTOM ARM LENGTH AND DESIGN - CUSTOM TABLE SIZE AND SHAPE - ROTATIONAL MASS CAPACITY We can manufacture positioners according to individual customer requirements.
