A used and refurbished blister machine, model UPS1030 ET (94/125)
Technical Data

- Forming film roll holder with two air shafts, for a maximum roll diameter of 800 mm, electromechanically opening, including cutting and bonding table, painted in neutral grey
- Continuous transport of the forming material with contactless loop control
- Contact heater with 6 individually controlled heating zones (3 zones per plate)
- Forming station prepared for PVC or aluminum forming film with 4-column guide system
- Electrical preparation for pore and crack detection (Visio-Scan)
- Clamping jaw to secure the forming film in the forming station during machine stop
- Servo-controlled feed after the forming station, compensating for film shrinkage
- Contact cooling with servo-controlled feed
- Cooling water connections for upper and lower forming tools and lower sealing tool
- Deflector with compensating pendulum
