TUKSTON Steinfalle 1200

The TUKSTON stone separator was developed to provide a cost-effective solution for contaminant removal. The inclination, speed, and feed area can be continuously adjusted to achieve optimal separation efficiency.

TUKSTON is used downstream of a screening machine: for fine fraction, mid-size material, or oversize aggregate—depending on requirements.

Simply combine your existing screening machine with TUKSTON and TUKWIND to efficiently separate contaminants such as metals, stones, and plastics. The screening machine remains fully mobile and can therefore easily be used for cleaning or to process other screened materials.

Easy separation of:
- Rolling contaminants (stones)
- Ferrous metals (optional magnetic roller with 2 – 20 kg holding force)
- Light materials such as plastic films, wood fragments, rigid plastics, Styrofoam, etc. (optional TUKWIND air classifier)

Operation requires only a 16A CEE power connection with just 4 kW power consumption!
