Cooling and Filtration System
KM Streuli lifting unit type SHSRT300
Streuli coolant lift station type SHSRT300: capacity 300 liters, with coolant pump 1.1 kW, output 150 l/min, 10 meters delivery head.
For cooling the linear motors and the grinding spindle, a second tank with fresh water is integrated into the system (pump 0.24 kW, output 50 l/min, max. delivery head 5 m). A heat exchange takes place between the two tanks.
Mobile version with 4 swivel castors. The lift station is located under the machine. Price includes interface and control via machine control system, color grey RAL 7036.

Automation
Conveyor discharge under RS
Conveyor belt discharge under the regulating wheel: Transports workpieces forward out of the machine after grinding.
The drive motor is equipped with a speed controller for stepless adjustment of belt speed. On/off is controlled via CNC. The belt is attached to the support block.
A drip tray below the belt collects and recycles leftover coolant.
Length is 1200 mm, width 50 mm. The maximum possible diameter of the workpieces is 40 mm.
