Programming
- TruTops Tube incl. 3D tube design: TruTops Tube is a technology-oriented programming system specially developed by TRUMPF for tube and profile processing. With TruTops, you have not only a CAD/CAM system but also TRUMPF’s application technology expertise for sheet metal processing. The 3D tube design module is included in the programming system.
- 3D-tube interface: Allows easy import of 3D data from CAD systems, such as SAT, IGS or STP files.
- Positioning aid: Positioning help is created at the push of a button, simplifying subsequent manufacturing steps such as assembly and welding operations.
- Snap fit connection: It is very easy to create corner joints that would normally require two tubes; instead, a single tube can be manufactured with a simple snap fit.

LoadMaster Tube 6.5 m options
- LoadMaster Tube 6.5 m scratch-minimizing version: The infeed area is equipped with plastic rollers and additional contact surfaces are fitted with plastic strips to reduce damage to sensitive workpieces.
- Automatic feeding for tube diameters 15 mm: For diameters between 12 and 15 mm, semi-automatic operation with a feed chain; for diameters below 12 mm, only manual loading is possible.
