Product Features

The new TruTool PN 200 nibbler is primarily used for cutting C, L, and U-shaped sections, trapezoidal sheet metal, and similar profiles.

The device is equipped with a short tool for processing sheet metal with profile depths up to 85 mm, as well as C, L, and U profiles. It is also suitable for corrugated sheets.

Ideal for hard-to-reach areas. The working direction can be adjusted by 360° easily and tool-free in 45-degree increments.

Minimized retooling time: Punch and die can be changed quickly, without interruptions and without tools.

Unmatched speed: Fast and efficient—2.1 meters per minute when processing structural steel with 400 N/mm² strength.

Applications:

Trapezoidal sheet metal
For cutting profiles up to 86 mm depth and 132.5 / 40 mm width. Suitable for straight and angled cuts.

Profiles
For cutting C, L, and U-shaped profiles.

Corrugated sheet
For trimming and cutting. Suitable for angled cuts as well as internal and radiused cutouts.
