Semi-automatic electro-hydraulic mandrel tube bending machine with PLC control for 20 bending angles. Display integrated in the control panel for entering bending angles, angle detection and measurement via absolute rotary encoder, automatic return of the tool plate, rotation device with digital readout, hydraulic quick-release chuck, automatic mandrel lubrication, adjustable length stops.

Operating modes: manual and semi-automatic.
Operating buttons: Hydraulic on/off, mode selection, clamp open/close, advance/retract clamping, mandrel in/out, bend forward/backward, lock forward/backward, mandrel lubrication, rotation device forward/backward, plate return, length stop forward, emergency stop.

The machine comes from a prototype production and was only rarely used until 2000. Afterwards, the machines from this department were sold. The buyer never used the tube bending machine, so since then it has only been stored and has not been operated (original paintwork).

This is a used machine, therefore we sell it excluding any warranty.
