Semi-automatic electro-hydraulic mandrel tube bending machine with PLC control for 20
bending angles and display in the control panel for presetting the bending angle,
angle detection and measurement via absolute rotary encoder, automatic tool plate return,
rotation device with digital readout, hydraulic quick-action chuck, automatic
mandrel lubrication, adjustable length stops.
Operating modes: MANUAL and semi-automatic.
Control buttons: Hydraulic on/off, mode selection, clamp open/close,
advance/retract clamping, mandrel in/out, bend in/out,
lock/unlock, mandrel lubrication, rotation device in/out, tool plate return,
length stop forward, emergency stop.

The machine comes from prototype production and was only used occasionally until 2000.
Subsequently, the machines from this department were sold. The buyer
never used the tube bending machine, so it has only been in storage since then and has not been operated (original paint).
