Opis

We offer a refurbished RU 450x2500 cylindrical grinding machine, fully overhauled. Year of manufacture: 1981.

The machine has undergone the following inspection and repairs:
1. Inspection of the lubrication and hydraulic systems
2. Restoration of the geometry on all axes by reworking, including grinding the table and hand scraping the guideways
3. Replacement of bearings
4. Inspection of the workpiece spindle head
5. Inspection of the grinding wheel spindle head
6. Electrical installation check (replacement of old fuse links with new type circuit breakers)
7. Installation of a central stop button on the control console
8. Installation of work area lighting
9. Complete cleaning of the machine
10. Replacement of guideway covers
11. Installation of digital readout for the X axis
12. Refurbishment of the cooling system
13. Honing and replacement of seals in the hydraulic cylinder
14. Regeneration of the hydraulic distributor.

The grinder comes equipped with:
- Wheel balancing device
- 2 steadies
- Diamond dressing holder
