The compact table-top version LOW MINI was specifically developed for depaneling small-format series, small quantities of large-format PCBs, and cost-conscious production. PCB materials with remaining tab connections can be quickly and economically separated up to a maximum size of 320 mm x 560 mm. The separation process is servo-controlled in all axes, with the milling spindle operating from above. The real highlight of the machine is the easy and straightforward switch of working area from small (320x280mm) to large (320x560mm) format.
