About the Machine:

We offer a Stöckel FX 60/30 ST 2 surface grinding machine with automatic cycle, year 2018, in very good condition. The machine is, of course, fully functional. All slides run very smoothly and evenly. Even at high speeds, the Stöckel operates very quietly. This newer generation of grinding machines is very user-friendly and can produce surfaces in the low Ra range. Take the opportunity to inspect this machine under power on site and assess its condition for yourself.

About the Controls

The STÖCKEL ST-2 control offers all the functions required for efficient surface and slot grinding. Input is via softkeys on the control panel, while all information is graphically displayed in color to the operator. The control is designed to be intuitive and can be learned quickly. No ISO programming knowledge is required.
The control is equally suitable for automatic grinding cycles and for manual adjustment using the electronic handwheel. The operator can intervene at any time during an ongoing grinding cycle, change parameters, or take over manual feed using the handwheel.
The control offers the following features:
• Surface grinding program with subprograms for rough grinding, finish grinding, and spark-out
• Slot grinding program with subprograms for rough grinding, finish grinding, and spark-out
• Multiple infeed program (for quick material removal)
• Automatic dressing: Regular automatic dressing can be triggered during the grinding program according to various criteria such as "grinding dimension" or "number of strokes." Dressing before finishing is also possible.
• With the optional 'speed control' feature, different cutting speeds can be selected for roughing, finishing, and dressing.
