The oven consists of 3 zones. Each zone allows independent upper and lower heat adjustment.

Previously used in pizza production, but can also be utilized for other products. This oven was held as a backup unit and is therefore not a distress sale, but the price is negotiable. Inspection and test runs can be arranged onsite in 32052 Herford. Oven for collection only in Herford.
