For the production of dimensionally accurate tube geometries with bending radii of up to 1.5XD

Robust and durable steel construction in a rigid, force-locking design – no twist-prone construction resulting from, for example, split design of bending head and mandrel carrier. Maintenance-free electromechanical drive for the bending axis. The control’s touch display enables easy and intuitive programming and operation. After inserting the tube, it is fixed by the chuck in the carriage, ensuring precise tube positioning and thus the production of dimensionally accurate geometries. The standard equipment also includes geometry checking prior to the bending process: If bending begins in the wrong position, the machine does not grant release, thus ruling out operating errors. Optional additional features provide more convenience and increase throughput as well as the system’s efficiency.
Data exchange from the optional TBS-3D tube calculation software (PC version) is possible via USB stick or FTP access from the computer to the machine controller. USB and LAN (RJ45) connections are included as standard. Existing tube geometries can be easily and quickly converted, e.g., via the STEP format.
