Automatic machine for manufacturing tent hall covers from PVC tarpaulin – sold for parts.
A PVC tarpaulin welding machine, Italian-made by SolarEdge Automation Machines, manufactured in 2021. The machine was minimally used for the production of PVC covers for tent halls.

Machine specifications:
- Material: PVC with a weight of 450 g/m²
- Material specifications: max. width – 3250 mm, min. width – 285 mm, max. roll weight – 1000 kg, max. outer diameter – 600 mm
- PVC or PE keder ropes with a diameter of 4/5/7 mm
- Minimum product length: 1500 mm
- Minimum finished product width: 800 mm
- Power supply: 400V

The machine welds the surface of two materials from a roll, cuts them to the required width, and welds the keder cord on the sides of the material.

Machine components include:
- 2 material feeders with automatic material position adjustment
- Knives for cutting the material to required width
- Welding module for two layers of material
- Modules for welding the keder tape on the sides of the material
- Feeding and welding module for the keder cord with automatic tension adjustment

- Cutting knife for trimming the product to the set length

Welding is carried out using efficient Leister hot air heaters.

The machine is equipped with:
1. Leister heaters and blowers
2. Control systems, electrical components, and safety components by Omron and Siemens

4. Pneumatics by Festo and SMC
5. HIKVISION vision system
6. HIWIN linear rails and carriages
