A comprehensive range for bearings up to 1200 kg 20KVA

The SKF TIH L series induction heaters are distinguished by their high heating capacity and large dimensions. They continue the TIH series for heating larger bearings. All units are equipped with sliding yokes, two induction coils, and state-of-the-art power electronics. The robust frame design enables easy transportation by forklift. The main distinctions within the TIH L series are the heating performance and the application range.

The power control allows precise adjustment of the rate of temperature increase.
With a power rating of 20 kVA, TIH L series units are capable of heating large bearings weighing up to 1,200 kg.
Automatic demagnetization reduces the risk of contamination from metal particles or debris after heating.

Overheating protection minimizes the risk of damage to induction coils and electronics, resulting in enhanced reliability and safety.
Available with three operating ranges.
