The SKF TIH L series induction heaters are distinguished by their high heating performance and large dimensions. They are the continuation of the TIH series, designed for heating larger bearings. All heaters are equipped with sliding yokes, dual induction coils, and state-of-the-art power electronics. The robust frame design allows for easy handling with a forklift. The main differences between the TIH L series heaters are heating capacity and application range.

The power control allows precise adjustment of the temperature ramp-up speed.
With a power requirement of 20 kVA, the TIH L series can heat even large bearings weighing up to 1,200 kg.
The automatic demagnetization function minimizes the risk of contamination from metallic particles or abrasion after heating.

An overheating protection system reduces the risk of damage to the induction coils and electronic components, increasing reliability and safety.
Available with three operating ranges.
Devices are offered for the three most common international supply voltages.
Rolling bearings can be heated either vertically or horizontally.
