The cutting chamber and geared motor of the SG-24T are supplied by globally renowned manufacturers.
The SG-14/24N series features a combined tooth and blade cutting system. The rotary knives break down large pieces into smaller ones, while the toothed cutters shred the material with minimal dust generation. The granulate can be processed to the desired size, allowing immediate reuse.
The innovative cutting design with inclined teeth reduces the risk of stress concentration. This extends the service life and reduces dust formation.
On the SG-14/24T/24N, the motor shaft and rotor shaft are connected via a shaft coupling, allowing for convenient motor replacement.
A signal light indicates a motor jam, which can be resolved by reversing the motor. Normal operation will resume automatically once the issue is cleared.
The compact design enables easy maintenance and cleaning. The feed hopper is made of transparent polycarbonate (PC).
