This premium quality production line is designed for manufacturing high-tolerance welded steel tubes, offering superior surface finish and excellent dimensional accuracy. Engineered to meet the stringent requirements of the automotive, furniture, and high-quality tube manufacturing sectors.

This tube line has been developed to deliver outstanding dimensional tolerance, reaching values of up to ±0.05 mm and producing tubes with up to 660 N/mm². It features a strip washing tunnel that removes oils and contaminants, ensuring optimal welding conditions and consistent surface quality.

One of the key components of the installation is the inline cold rolling unit with Vollmer thickness control, enabling precise adjustment of strip thickness prior to forming. This system allows controlled thickness reductions from 0.03 mm to 0.3 mm, enhancing material homogeneity and process repeatability.

Individually motorized sizing stands (Siemens electronics, 2024) guarantee maximum stability, flexibility, and repeatability during production.

The forming and welding section is equipped with an EFD Weldac High-Frequency Welder (2019), tungsten carbide rolls, ceramic rolls at the welding zone, and all contact parts are designed to be non-marking, making the line ideal for decorative and high-specification tubes. The sizing section and inline inspection systems ensure excellent roundness and inside diameter tolerances of ±0.08 mm.

Cutting operations are performed by a MAIR flying saw (2019) with CNC control and non-marking clamping jaws, enabling optimized cutting cycles and high productivity. The line also includes eddy-current testing, demagnetization, defect marking, cleaning, and anti-corrosion oiling systems to ensure total quality control of the final product.
