kaitec Smart – CUTTING TECHNOLOGY FOR PROFESSIONALS, BY PROFESSIONALS

With the highly efficient plasma process, material thicknesses up to 25 mm can be optimally cut. Automatic initial height detection, arc voltage control, and intelligent collision protection ensure maximum quality with the highest possible repeatability. The automatic program sequence and the high durability of consumable parts actively help to significantly reduce cutting costs. The oxy-fuel process also impresses with its ease of use and functionality. Thanks to the automatic piercing function, preheating times and cutting oxygen activation are CNC-controlled. Plates up to 80 mm thick can thus be cut very economically. The oxy-fuel system is available for acetylene or propane and is equipped with automatic height control.

kaitec Smart – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The foundation of the flatbed design is a robust water table. The longitudinal guiding mechanism is precisely mounted on machined surfaces. The sturdy cutting grate features offset, serrated slats, providing optimal plate support, reducing slag formation on components, as well as excessive wear to the slats, saving significant costs on post-processing and maintenance. The tank depth is precisely designed for slag collection and cooling, is easy to clean, and captures the dust generated during cutting.
