kaitec Smart – CUTTING TECHNOLOGY BY PROFESSIONALS FOR PROFESSIONALS

With its highly economical plasma process, material thicknesses of up to 25 mm can be cut optimally. Automatic initial height detection, arc regulation, and intelligent collision protection ensure maximum quality and highest repeat accuracy. The automatic program sequence and long-lasting consumables actively help to significantly minimize cutting costs. The oxy-fuel process also impresses with its easy handling and functionality. Automatic piercing, CNC-controlled preheating times, and oxygen flow make for efficient operation: plates up to 80 mm thick can thus be cut cost-effectively. The oxy-fuel system is available for acetylene or propane and is equipped with automatic height control.

kaitec Smart – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The flatbed design is based on a sturdy water table. The longitudinal guide system is mounted on precision-machined surfaces with high accuracy. The robust cutting grate features offset, serrated cutting support slats, providing optimal sheet support and reducing slag formation on parts, excessive slat wear, and saving money on post-processing and maintenance. The tank depth is precisely matched to slag absorption and cooling capacity, is easy to clean, and captures cutting fumes effectively.
