The kaitec Easycut is a highly flexible CNC gantry cutting system, specifically engineered for cutting material thicknesses ranging from 1 to 50 mm. Thanks to its compact flat-bed design, it is ideally suited for a wide variety of applications.

The double-sided drive on the machine gantry ensures top-quality cutting results due to its high rigidity and precise mechanical guidance. Available in three different cutting areas, the kaitec Easycut can be tailored exactly to your sheet processing requirements. It stands out for its high versatility in the compact cutting machine segment.

kaitec Easycut – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The robust water table forms the foundation of the flat-bed design. The precisely installed longitudinal guide and the sturdy serrated burn grating minimize slag accumulation, protect the slats, and reduce maintenance costs.

The optimized basin depth enables efficient slag collection and cooling. Furthermore, the system is easy to clean and reliably captures cutting fumes.

kaitec Easycut - PROFESSIONAL CUTTING TECHNOLOGY FOR PROFESSIONALS

Using the highly efficient plasma process, material thicknesses up to 25 mm can be cut precisely and economically. Automatic initial height sensing, arc voltage control, and an intelligent collision protection system ensure the highest quality and repeatability. The automated cutting operation and the long service life of wear parts noticeably reduce operating costs.

The oxy-fuel cutting process also impresses with its simple operation and reliable functionality. The CNC-controlled piercing function optimizes preheating times and automatically regulates oxygen supply, enabling steel plates up to 50 mm to be efficiently processed. The oxy-fuel system is available for acetylene or propane gas and features automatic height control for consistently accurate cutting results.
