The kaitec Easycut is a highly flexible CNC gantry cutting system, specifically developed for cutting material thicknesses between 1 and 50 mm. Thanks to its space-saving flatbed design, it is ideally suited for a wide range of applications.

The double-sided driven machine gantry ensures optimum cutting results due to its high rigidity and precision mechanical guidance. Available in three cutting sizes, the kaitec Easycut can be precisely tailored to your sheet metal processing requirements. It is particularly impressive for its high flexibility within the segment of compact cutting systems.

kaitec Easycut – WATER TABLE SYSTEM

The robust water table forms the foundation of the flatbed design. The precisely mounted longitudinal guide and the durable, serrated cutting grate reduce slag, protect the slats, and minimize maintenance costs.

The optimized basin depth ensures efficient slag collecting and cooling. The system is also easy to clean and reliably captures cutting fumes.

kaitec Easycut – PROFESSIONAL CUTTING TECHNOLOGY FOR PROFESSIONALS

The highly efficient plasma process allows for the precise and economical cutting of material thicknesses up to 25 mm. Automatic initial height sensing, arc voltage control, and an intelligent collision protection system guarantee top quality and repeatability. The automated cutting process and long service life of consumable parts lead to a significant reduction in operating costs.

The oxy-fuel process also impresses with its straightforward operation and reliable functionality. The CNC-controlled piercing function optimizes preheating times and automatically regulates the oxygen supply, allowing plates up to 50 mm to be cut efficiently. The oxy-fuel system is available for acetylene or propane and features automatic height control for consistently precise cut results.
