- Processing station designed as a G-module with 3 servo-axes, incl. clamping elements and integrated into the control system. The station is equipped with high-frequency electric motors for the following operations on the PVC profile:
o Water drainage and ventilation slot drilling in frame, sash, mullion, transom, and glazing bars
o Lock case milling on window sashes, main and side doors
o Marking boreholes for internally screw-fixed mullions, transoms, and connectors

- Complete VU saw cut with double saw unit 2x45° for simultaneous cutting of end and offcut sections, plus notch cut for welded transoms. Saw feed via servo axis with linear servomotor, height adjustment with servo axis via ball screw spindle
- Gasket tensioner above the VU saw
- Conveyor belt for removal of PVC waste from the VU saw machining area
- Complete saw unit in standard design with 1 saw for initial and final cuts, infinitely variable NC-controlled swivel drive, swivel range +45° to -45° for blade diameter 550mm, saw motor with 2.5kW power
- Horizontal circulating buffer for cycle-independent transport of profiles from BAZ to the steel insertion station, screw station, and to SBZ
- Steel insertion station for manual insertion of steel reinforcements with 12 insertion positions
1st and 2nd steel insertion positions feature clamps for holding PVC profiles during manual reinforcement
- Monitor as steel length display for the steel insertion station, incl. control components

- Screw station for the horizontal circulating buffer, operating from above and below, with frequency-controlled electric screw unit
- Additional screw station with automatic screw feed
- Drilling station as steel module, with 2 servo axes for drilling stroke and horizontal alignment
- Automatic label printer with dispensing device. Labels are manually applied to the profiles
