Description of the Molinator:
Very high forces act inside (high acceleration / high relative speeds)! Larger components are shattered in the process. Composites are disintegrated along phase boundaries. Metals are spheronized. Depending on their properties, plastics remain either as “flakes” or are pulverized.
These effects, which occur alongside the desired disintegration, are advantageous for separation and are precisely matched to our downstream separation technology such as separation tables, screens, or classifiers.
