A heavy-duty RSA cutting unit, model NC2001, featuring:

– Bundle loader, approx. size 600 x 600 mm, useful length approx. 6,200 mm, and max. bundle weight 3,000 kg
– Double feed rolls
– Heavy-duty cutting motor and gearbox with 5.5 kW motor; saw motor speed 30–250 rpm
– CNC up/down movement for precision cutting (new version, WITHOUT hydraulic system)
– Hydraulic regulation in closing units
– 1 fully automatic adjustable length control with CNC stop

A RASAPLAN 1000 deburring unit with:
– Automatic length adjustment according to cutting length
– Synchronized chain conveyor
