Opis
The fish mask form mask machine offered here combines efficiency and safety features with an optimized fit. These product features are achieved, among other things, thanks to the use of ultrasonic technology, an intuitive HMI with touchscreen for easy and clear operation, as well as an optimized and robust steel unwinding unit.
Process steps at a glance:
- Feeding of the filter fleece via an edge control system, as well as nose wire feeding, uniform welding of the mask followed by folding and separation of the base body.
- The next process step involves the application of the ear loops using ultrasonic technology. Optional features such as camera inspection, stacking unit, and a flowpack machine can be ordered additionally.
In detail:
- Welded unwinding unit with a total of 4 manual expansion shafts, magnetic powder brakes, and edge control system for filter fleece feeding.
- Nose wire feeding is carried out by an additional unwinder.
- The use of discs combined with slim aluminum profiles provides excellent visibility into production while fully protecting the operator.
- Upon request, we offer various printing systems to print mandatory information on your mask according to legal requirements.
- The use of ultrasonic technology and durable materials such as titanium ensures increased machine availability compared to conventional materials.
- High precision thanks to servo-driven motors.
- Uniform material infeed and guiding, as well as separation by a rotary cutter with lateral scrap discharge.
- High-resolution, user-friendly HMIs with touchscreen.
- Mask body welding via ultrasonic technology with subsequent folding die and welding of the upper and lower surfaces.
