Opis

Machine Description

The system on offer is an adaptive, robot-assisted laser welding cell designed for high-precision processing of large-format metal components. The cell is based on a modular machine platform and is designed for demanding industrial applications in both additive and subtractive laser processing.

This system is specifically engineered for the machining of rotationally symmetrical parts as well as for complex welding, repair, and cladding operations on oversized metal components. By combining powerful robotics, intelligent control software, and integrated sensor technology, the cell enables reproducible, automated, and cost-efficient production.

System Configuration & Mechanics

- Large-format, enclosed laser cell with protective safety housing
- Robot-guided laser welding system with high payload capacity and extended reach
- Integrated rotary positioner for continuous 360° processing of workpieces
- Designed for heavy workpieces (several tons, depending on configuration)
- Ergonomic loading and unloading via oversized access doors

Laser & Process Equipment

- High-performance laser welding head for precision welding and build-up operations
- Support for additive processes (e.g., laser cladding, repair welding)
- Optional integration of additional laser or plasma processes
- Automated tool or process head changing (depending on configuration)
