All laboratory sieve shakers in the AS series are equipped with Retsch’s patented electromagnetic drive. The drive generates vibrations in three dimensions, ensuring uniform distribution of the sample across the entire sieve surface. The main advantages of this series include 3D sieving action, extremely simple operation, and short sieving times with very high separation efficiency.

AS 200 CONTROL: Provides electronic adjustment of time, amplitude, and vibration interval. The vibration amplitude is monitored by a microprocessor and automatically stabilized throughout the entire sieving process. A distinguishing feature of the AS 200 control compared to other sieve shakers: instead of only setting the vibration height, it is also possible to set the acceleration of the sieving motion independently of the mains frequency.
