Description:

The system and all piping are made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring long service life. This is a double-lane, chain-driven tunnel wash machine. The modular design enables easy extension of existing systems, allowing the installation to grow with your production requirements.

Hot water heating: Heat exchanger in the washing tanks, recommended feed temperature 90°C.
Spray pipes: Screw-mounted.
Oil separator: Three-phase separator with pneumatic diaphragm pump and pre-filter on each tank.
Workpiece counter on both lanes.

The control system is positioned next to the machine. The control cabinet contains all necessary components for operation and system monitoring. Equipment assembly and cabling comply with current VDE regulations.

The mains power supply cable to the control cabinet must have at least 2 meters of extra length. Emergency stop switches are mounted at the loading/unloading areas.

A hot water supply of approx. 90°C is required for heating the wash tanks.
