A unique control concept for step-controlled devices developed by Rehm: Arc length is regulated not only by measuring welding voltage and current, but also via digital determination of wire feed speed. This enables excellent welding results and makes operation easy and safe.

- SDI – Stepless Dynamic Induction

The continuously adjustable coil automatically ensures excellent arc ignition and high arc stability during welding. Fine-tuning can be done manually using the SDI dial. This allows you to regulate heat input, which can have a positive effect on the amount of post-weld processing required.

- RSC – Realtime Speed Control

Digital monitoring and regulation of wire feed speed with high precision and in real time. With RSC, changes in arc length are compensated faster and more effectively.

- CCM – Characteristic Curve Memory

Integrated welding parameter database with expert knowledge. By selecting the wire type, diameter, and welding current/voltage level, preset welding parameters are called up synergistically. During welding, the current parameter values are compared with target settings and are immediately corrected if necessary.

- RMI – Rehm Machine Interface

The device's control panel is extremely simple and guarantees avoidance of incorrect selections. Simple parameter selection makes the welder's job easier, helps minimize errors, and reduces setup time.
