A unique control concept for step-regulated devices developed by Rehm: Arc length is regulated not only by measuring the welding voltage and current, but also through digital specification of wire feed speed. This allows for outstanding welding results and ensures the machine is easy and safe to operate.

- SDI – Stepless Dynamic Induction

The continuously adjustable coil automatically ensures excellent arc ignition properties and high arc stability during welding. Manual fine adjustment can be made using the SDI knob. This enables control over heat input, which can have a positive influence on the amount of post-weld processing required.

- RSC – Realtime Speed Control

Digital monitoring and regulation of wire feed speed with high precision and in real time. Thanks to RSC, changes in arc length are compensated more quickly and efficiently.

- CCM – Characteristic Curve Memory

The integrated database holds welding parameter knowledge from experts. By selecting the wire type, diameter, and welding voltage, the machine automatically synergizes preset welding parameters. During welding, actual parameter values are compared with set parameters and corrected instantly if necessary.

- RMI – Rehm Machine Interface

The machine’s control panel is extremely straightforward, preventing selection errors. Simple parameter selection facilitates the welder’s work, minimises mistakes, and shortens setup time.
