Integrated Tube Sawing Line – Standard Configuration
The integrated tube sawing line is a fully automated system for the precise processing of tubes and profiles. It combines sawing, brush deburring, washing, drying, measuring, and stacking in a continuous process. Within the system, all workpieces are 100% inspected for length, inner and outer diameter. Reject parts are automatically discharged.

The bundle loading magazine is designed for tube lengths up to 9 m. The system allows for damage-free singulation and positioning of the tubes. After the sawing process, deburring, cleaning, and drying take place before the workpieces are automatically stacked.
