The minimum order quantity is 8 stations, with a price of €4,000 per station. The stations are new.

The line consists of stations for profiling shafts with a 50 mm diameter and an 8 mm keyway. Material feed from 0.4–2.5 mm,
band width 320 mm.
8 stations per table,
15 kW motor with reduction gearbox.

Four station sets are mounted on steel support plates measuring 45 x 700 x 1500 mm. This allows for the exchange of rollers, which are equipped with various replacement modules for the finished profiling station segments.

This configuration includes two table segments with 8 stations each, totaling 16 profiling stations.

The stated price applies per station set on a given table. These tables can be configured and mounted according to the profile design (e.g., 8, 16, 24, 32).

The table is equipped with a strip guide and turkey cage, straightening head as well as a profile discharge device in front of the guillotine shear, a flying saw or a fixed take-up unit.

We offer various configuration options for these tables. When changing the shafts, we can achieve a maximum input width of 550 mm.
