2. VERTICAL MIXING TANK
a) Frame
- Manufactured as a vertical rectangular profile.
- Built to dimensions with a volume of 11 m³.
- The body is made of 5 mm St37-grade steel plate.
- Bitumen inlet pipe: 3" DN80, PN16, DIN2633, 1 unit; Outlet pipe: 3" DN150, PN16, DIN2633 and 3" DN80, PN16, DIN 2633, 2 units.
- Service access cover: 500 x 500 mm.
b) Heating
- Externally heated with a diathermic hot oil system.
- Leak tightness test conducted at minimum 6 bar.
c) Insulation
Codpfx Adow Hza Sshsrh
- 100 mm rock wool with wire mesh, according to TSE (Turkish Standards Institute).
- Outer surface made of stainless steel sheet, cut to fit tank dimensions.
d) Mixing System
- 2 x 7.5 kW mixing motors, 60 rpm
- Driven by chain sprockets
- Leak tightness maintained at shaft seals.
- Bearings are SKF or FAG.
- Fixed paddles mounted on the outer walls to enhance dispersion and provide a homogeneous structure.
e) Heat indicators are both digital and analog with two outputs.

3. BITUMEN PUMPS
- 2½ XLA type with oil heating.
- Pump capacity: 25 t/h bitumen pumping.
- Driven by 7.5 kW, 400 rpm geared motor.

4. SBS FEED UNIT (POLYMER MODIFIED GRANULE)
a) Feed Hopper
- Feed hopper opening: 500 x 500 mm.
- Made of 4 mm steel plate.
- Granulate feed helix with a capacity of 30 m³/h fitted.
- Frame wall thickness: 5 mm, pipe diameter: 220 mm.
- Leak tightness assured at shaft seals.
- SKF or FAG bearings used.
- 5.5 kW, 80 rpm geared motor with coupling drive.

5. PIPEWORK AND ACCESSORIES
a) Pipes
- Steel pipes per DIN 171175 (DN200, DN150, DN100, DN80, DN65, DN25).
- Mill line manufactured with a 3-inch inner pipe and 4-inch outer jacket pipe.
- Jacket pipes welded according to TSE standards.
- Bridging pipes installed at relevant junctions, 1 inch.
b) Expansion joints
- DN50, DN80, PN16, 400°C.
c) 3-way and 2-way heated valves
- Conform to TSE standards.
- Pneumatic control fitted.
