BITUMEN TANKER (50 TONS)
• The tank capacity must be 50 tons.
• The tanks must be manufactured in accordance with TSE practices and the Highway Commission regulations.
• The tank must be equipped with a thermal oil heating system.
• Seamless serpentine pipework for heating
• Bitumen temperature adjustable up to mixing temperature
• The fuel tank must include a level and temperature indicator, suction nozzle, filling opening, ventilation system, inspection hatch, and drain.
• The tank must be supported by support legs underneath, insulated with 50 mm rock wool, and covered with 0.80 mm galvanized sheet metal.
1. THERMAL OIL GENERATOR
• The generator capacity must be 2,000,000 kcal/h.
• The system must be designed for diesel fuel operation.

• The generator must include a 1,500 l filling tank.
• The generator must be horizontal, equipped with a seamless, double-walled steel thermal oil pipe, and have a circulation body.
• The generator body must be insulated with 100 mm rock wool and covered with aluminum sheet.
• The generator system must be manufactured according to production standards and must include: an expansion tank, degasser, oil filter, valves, fully automatic ignition-controlled burner, control panel, pump, and necessary safety equipment.
• The heating coil must be made of at least 30 m2 of seamless steel pipe.
• The generator must be equipped with an integrated warning system to protect the entire system in case of hazardous hot oil level or low heat transfer oil level.
• The burner system must be designed to activate automatically according to the set operating temperature of the heat transfer oil.
• The system must be manufactured as a complete package.
