STANDARD CONDITIONS
The plant is designed for the production of 160 t/h of road mix with a finished product at an initial moisture content of 4% and 160°C under the following standard conditions:
• Aggregate temperature at dryer inlet 10°C.

• Heavy fuel oil No. 6 Calorific value ≥ 9,200 kCal/kg
• Heavy fuel oil No. 4 Calorific value ≥ 9,700 kCal/kg
• Calorific value for diesel oil ≥ 10,200 kCal/kg
• Calorific value of natural gas ≥ 7,600 kCal/kg
• Temperature increase of hot aggregates: 160 K
• Residual moisture content of the mix 0.3%
• Max. aggregate size: 40 mm
• Passing material through 3 mm sieve: 35%
• Material non-porous and non-hygroscopic, with regular shape
• Production tolerance rate according to environmental and parameter conditions ±4%
COLD AGGREGATE BUNKERS
• Four cold aggregate bins made from 5 mm St 37 steel sheet are required, each with a capacity of approximately 20 m³ and constructed separately.
• Each bunker must have a 800 mm high upper extension made from 6 mm sheet metal to prevent material overflow.
• Material discharge from the bins must be achieved with a moving group.
• Material discharge flow of each bin must be frequency-controlled (speed-regulated) upon request and adjustable via the computer screen.
• The flow rate of the discharged material, as well as the number of bins, must be adjustable from a manual gate, enabling installation at each individual bunker.
• A warning system must be installed to alert the operator if aggregates run out, displaying a warning sign on the computer screen.
• The vibrator motor, controlled from the computer screen, must be positioned to relieve the material flow and prevent blockages in the bins, especially with fine materials.
• A conveyor belt system must be installed below each bin to ensure material discharge.
• Each bin must be equipped with modular grates made of 10x50 mm steel sheets with 10 mm diameter.
• The silo loading width must be 3000x2400 mm.
• An emergency cable stop system must be provided for emergencies.
• Possible malfunctions in the belts must be displayed on the computer screen.
2. SUB-BUNKER: COLD AGGREGATE COLLECTOR BELT
• The horizontal belt must transport the aggregate drawn from each bin separately and in a controlled manner to the inclined dryer feed belt, with the capacity to supply a 160 t/h plant.
• The rubber belt must be 10 mm thick, 800 mm wide, four-ply fabric with 4 EP 125 grades.
• Start/stop operation of the belt shall be controlled via the computer screen. For seasonal discharge, the belt can be run in reverse independently of the other units.
• The horizontal belt chassis must be manufactured from steel structures, allowing smooth operation and incorporating a belt tensioning system.
• The belt must be equipped with a separation system at each end.
• The drive drum must be rubber-coated and set at a 1-degree angle.
