FOAM TANK (1 piece)
Frame:
- Box section profile
- Capacity: 5 m3
- The tank body is manufactured from 3 mm stainless steel plate (AISI 304)
- Welds are made with suitable TIG welding for stainless steel

b) Heating
- 2-inch stainless steel pipe
- Oil inlet and outlet pipes are 1 inch DN50, PN16, DIN 2633
- Leak test conducted at 6 bar pressure.
c) Mixing system
- 3 kW mixer motor, 60 rpm
- Drive via chain sprockets
- Leak-proof at seals
- Bearings are SKF or FAG
- Fixed baffles mounted on the outer walls ensure increased dispersion and homogeneous structure

d) Temperature indicators are both digital and analog; two outputs are provided.

- Bitumen pump capacity: max. 8 m3/h
- Coupled with 7.5 kW, 400 rpm geared motor
- Bitumen counter system with 10 m3/h capacity

a) Pipes
- Steel pipes according to DIN 17175 (DN200, DN150, DN100, DN80, DN65, DN25)
- Mill lines made as 1.5-inch inner pipe and 2-inch outer jacketed pipe
- Jacketed pipes welded per TSE standards
- Bypass lines made with 0.5-inch pipes at suitable locations

b) Compensators
- DN50, DN80, PN16, 200°C

c) 3-way and 2-way heated valves
- In accordance with TSE standards
- Suitable for high pressure (16 bar) and high temperature (230°C) operation

d) Hot oil valves
- Hot oil valves by KLINGER or THERMO; heat resistant
- Sizes: DN25 PN16, DN65 PN16, DN50 PN16

e) Filter
- Equipped with 3 mm wire inner container; designed for frequent and easy cleaning
