This is a modern CNC machine tool designed for industrial applications, used for cutting sheet metal and profiles with the use of a plasma torch. It features, among other things, a robust construction made from top-quality steel and aluminum, a large cutting range, the ability to cut components of any shape, and low operational costs. The high-end solutions applied in manufacturing ensure reliable and safe operation. Material cutting is performed quickly while maintaining precise reproduction of details. To achieve the desired shape, it is only necessary to import a file into the software, making operation of this cutting machine easy and intuitive.

CONSTRUCTION
The plasma cutter frame has been designed and produced from scratch at our factory. The high-quality steel used to manufacture the machines is cut, then welded, and subjected to precise machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are equipped with additional reinforcements that ensure high rigidity and eliminate vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our cutters are powered by high-resolution, high-power AC Servo motors, which provide proper acceleration and speed in all directions. These are highly dynamic and precise motors with feedback control, guaranteeing no positioning error thanks to constant monitoring of operating parameters. The X and Y axes use classic and proven helical racks, which offer exceptional durability and precision.

TORCH
Our plasma machines are fitted with components from the leading manufacturer PGCNC. Technologies used in the torch significantly increase productivity and cutting speed. HD technology ensures better hole quality, higher piercing performance, and bevel cutting capabilities. This guarantees high quality, repeatability of cuts, and maximized productivity with minimal operating costs and high reliability.

SLAT TABLE
The slat table is manufactured using technology resistant to high working temperatures. This allows for continuous operation without the risk of burn-throughs that could prevent even placement of material on the work table. The arrangement of slats can be easily adjusted depending on the size of the parts being cut. The slat table is an excellent solution for cutting thicker materials.

SOFTWARE
The machine is equipped with 2D Starfire CAD/CAM software. Users have access to a variety of functions, including the ability to import ready-made designs in vector formats such as .dxf, .plt, .ai, and .eps. The software enables fast and precise creation of cutting paths.

POWER SOURCE
The machine comes standard with a 120A power source, featuring high efficiency as well as exceptional quality and cutting speed.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The plasma cutter is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which minimizes the need for machine maintenance. The central lubrication system is a simple, functional device for delivering oil to contact points between machine components.
